We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, and verify payment information. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Warranty Policy

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Luminaire Diamonds offers a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects on jewelry purchased directly from our store.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Loose stones caused by defective settings
  • Faulty prongs
  • Structural defects in the jewelry mounting
  • Craftsmanship defects

If a defect is confirmed, we may repair the item, replace the item, or provide a refund if repair is not possible.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental or impact damage
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Repairs performed by another jeweler
  • Resizing or alterations by third parties

Jewelry Maintenance

Fine jewelry requires periodic inspection. Customers are encouraged to have their jewelry inspected periodically to ensure stones remain secure.

Warranty Claims

To request a warranty inspection, contact customer support and provide your order number and photos. If required, we will issue an RMA for inspection. Repair timelines vary depending on the nature of the repair.
