Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Production timelines vary depending on the product.
Production & Delivery Timeframes
- Custom Rings — Production time: 4–6 weeks. Once completed, the ring will be shipped with secure insured shipping
- Loose Diamonds (Natural & Lab-Grown) and Gemstones — Processing and delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks from the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping location
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS (where applicable). Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, high-value jewelry shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Luminaire Diamonds.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Returns & Refunds
At Luminaire Diamonds, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for custom rings, loose diamonds (natural and lab-grown), gemstones, and other jewelry purchased from us.
Eligibility & Return Timeframes
- Custom Rings — Eligible for return within 60 days of delivery only if a manufacturing defect is present
- Loose Natural Diamonds — Eligible for return within 15 days of delivery
- Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds — Eligible for return within 20 days of delivery
- Gemstones & Other Jewelry — Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- All certificates, grading reports, tags, and documentation must be included
- Items must not be worn, resized, altered, or damaged
Luminaire Diamonds reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear or alteration.
Manufacturing Defect Inspection
If a custom ring is returned for a manufacturing defect claim, the item will be sent to the supplier for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, Luminaire Diamonds will repair, replace, or refund the item. If no manufacturing defect is found, the item may be returned to the customer or subject to a restocking fee.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by Luminaire Diamonds.
How to Request a Return
Contact customer support within the applicable return window and provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
